The first six months of the year are done! This is a perfect time to look back on the year so far and see where there has been growth and progress and where there has been regression.

I am not one to make New Year’s Resolutions because I hardly ever stick to them. My goal is just to learn and to continue growing. Along the way I will find what works and what does not with the hope of strengthening the things that do and letting go of the things that do not.

These first six months have been interesting. I am fortunate to be employed and at a job that I enjoy. It has been a wonderful learning experience thus far and a job that has helped me improve my writing, something that I love to do.

My biggest disappointment is that in some cases I have bitten off more than I can chew. For the sake of my own progress and personal growth I need to be able to say no to people particularly when what they ask consumes my time, energy and intellect and has no financial return.

In the next six months I hope to follow through on some of the projects that I have been planning but not executing. For that to take place I will wean some of the other non-essential things that I do particularly for other people and build a priority list.

I am quite pleased with the progress I have made thus far and continue to pray that I remain blessed and am able to grow and succeed further. #2015SoFarSoGood 🙂

And remember…
